Howdy Mr. Ed, In Widows 10, I believe it's in the Ease of Access, or Accessibility you need to have the version of Jaws checked that you want as your default. I have gone into both Jaws 18 and made sure it is stet to not start on startup and have check to make sure Jaws 22018 is set to start up on start up. Both my W10 computers are doing the same thing.
