OOOPS! not the print screen key, sorry about that. do you have a
single to the right of the pause key? the pause key is the third key
after the f12 key. My keyboard has another key separated from the
print/scrol/pause keys and this key changes the modes of the function
keys. it works as a toggle. on/off. if you press it again it should
turn it off to make the function keys preform normally.

Thank you for your response. I restarted JAWS, I rebooted the computer, I
pressed the key to the right of the f12 key that was mentioned, but that is
the print screen key on my laptop. I am still not getting the combination to
perform it's intended function.

That happened to me a few weeks back and restarting the computer was the
remedy.
