Agree I plan on continuing to use what works best for me that is Jaws.

I can't stand any of them, they don't read punctuation the same as
Eloquence, times are expressed in longer less useful detail, and people who
put images in names don't read part of the time either. Nathan could work
if I could actually control it like Eloquence, maybe but he does not do
graphics in names well. Eloquence may be annoying for long periods but it
works as I am used to it working, punctuation set to some for most
applications, not having to hear a time as 12 hours 58 minutes ...
If I am forced to use Vocalizer for everything, I might actually switch to
NVDA despite it not supporting my 12-year-old Focus 80 braille display I
bought myself. It works great with JAWS but not at all with NVDA a program
I am glad is inexpensive for many but not one I really wish to migrate to on
a regular basis.

it also depends on weather you install the full or compact version of the
voices. they have different sampleing rates. so the full version would
sound better then the compact version.
i like the tom voice the best. the female voices are too basey.

I actually was loathed to give up my Dectalk Access 32, which I used with
Window-eyes until a few years ago. Since migrating to Jaws, I love the
Vocalizer voices for their high frequency clarity and hum-based phoneme
samples. Having compared the Vocalizer voices to Voiceware, Google TTS and
the latest Microsoft voices, none are as clear and crisp as Vocalizer. My
system does not lag at all with them, but I have 43 gigs of memory and a
solid state hard drive.
