Really? That seems . . . rather extreme just to be able to access one particular website. Has she tried accessing it in different browsers? Maybe NVDA? Removing share components really is kind of like a last step type of deal. Have you or other screen reader users tried accessing the same site to be sure it's actually the site and maybe not something on her machine or capabilities? Reach out to VFO to see if they can reproduce the same difficulties?
