Vickie, This is helpful. Can you explain what you mean by open up the tabs? What are the key strokes for this? Are there any key strokes other than control-tab?

I found the trick to getting access is to make sure your sign in page is maximized. Once you have done that, then sign in and just open up the tabs you need. I use it for credit card only, though, so other areas may be different.
