Hi: Sometimes when I am reading a rather long paragraph, or letting JAWS read down a whole list uninterrupted, JAWS will start talking lower and lower and lower. I've just let it go to see how long it will go, and eventually it talks normal again. I can hit the control key and then insert down arrow again to resume reading in the correct voice if I don't want to wait that long. Every version of JAWS I've had does this. I use Elloquence.
