Hi, the menus aren't that accessible with Avast. Well, the menu bar isn't, 
however the menus from within the menu bar is accessible. So, for example, 
if you just press alt JAWS will say nothing, however if you press, for 
example, alt t, the tools menu will open and JAWS will read the menu items 
under the tools menu. I tried to do a custom highlight assign, but JAWS got 
confused and read the previous menu bar item instead of the currently 
highlighted menu bar item, for example. I guess if you use the skinned 
interface you'll have more luck menu wise as all features are accessed with 
the context menu, accessed with the applications key or shift+f10. Hope 
that helps.
