ok think I gave you wrong info here is something I found he said.. I doubt that this would have anything to do with it, but to set it back to default, do the following.
Go to your control panel and then to Internet options. Control tab one time to, Security. Make sure the selected zone says, Internet. Tab to, reset all levels to default level and press your spacebar.
