An extra related tidbit of information that may help some users. JavaScript is normally enabled by default. However, one thing that I have noticed is that if you start JAWS while an Internet Explorer window has focus then JavaScript will turn off. This can be avoided by having JAWS launch in startup, and/or placing focus on the desktop or another application before starting JAWS.
