I am a Roadrunner customer at home, and sometimes Roadrunner will block messages from certain lists, because they believe them to be spam. For Roadrunner customers, you can go to http://security.rr.com and get instructions on how to proceed if you feel that list mail is being blocked. You will need to know the IP address of the list in question. Fortunately, in my case, the list owner gave me that info, and I have been able to perform the unblock when this has occurred. What I have found, however, is that this is a band aid at best, and sooner or later the block will be reinstated, and you will have to again perform the operation to remove it.
