Hi: I am running JAWS 9.0.2169 and had this happen yesterday. I don't think it was a JAWS issue at all, but I couldn't get out of a blank Firefox screen. I could have hit alt tab until the cows came home, and it wouldn't have done any good. I couldn't even go to the desktop.Finally my sighted husband started clicking on things and it finally moved. He kept asking me what I had clicked on for it to do this, and I kept telling him that I had done nothing.
