Hi, I have outlook 2003 and I have a message with an attachment. When I press insert a, it does not open the attachment. My email message said to open the attachment using ms word but I don't know what they mean since the attachment is in an outlook email. Going through the outlook menus, I did see "save attachments" but I'm not sure what that does. I tried it and it just opened a word blank document.
