I have a question regarding why jaws does not read certain emails after they are open and I press the control-home key to go back to the top of the email and jaws does not read it. Also if I press the control key to stop jaws from reading it will not resume reading when I use an up/down arrow key. I have to let jaws read the entire email once open and then I can nagivate all around it with no problem, but if I interrupt the speech, jaws will not read again by any movement of any keys. I have to close the email and re-open it again to hear it. What might be the problem here?? I am using jaws 8.0 on an XP Pro OS.
