Hey Patricia, If you go into your Jaws configuration 1 ctrl d 2 alt s 3 user 4 shift tab to insert mode and check that box. It is right above ok. Then all you have to do is press insert and let go, and then the next keys are like you are holding insert down. This way you don't have to stretch your fingers. I hope I said this right. Patti
