The favorites list is a list, if you press Jaws Key plus up arrow on any of the items in the list Jaws will name the item and say it's number of the total.
Example: Lee Valley Tools Log in 24 of 75. or what ever. Creating additional folders and moving related items into those folders and if you need to further sub-class you can create folders within folders to better organize a lot of items. You might wish to rename some items so that they alphabetize to organize certain ones higher or lower in the list.
