But before that, my Thanks go out to everyone for their thoughts and recommendations concerning my problem. I'm going to uninstall some programs such as McAfee to see if it helps as well as follow some of the other fine suggestions made here. Hopefully, soon all will be well. Now to my latest question. Any thoughts on a good software firewall that is JAWS accessible and works in Vista? I do have Sigate on my XP computer, but from what I understand it's no longer supported, and for all I know won't work with Vista.
