I'm using JAWS 9 (latest update), Win XP Pro and MS Office 2000. With both AVG 7.5 professional (paid version) and AVG 8 free when I go to open attachments in Outlook 2000 (using the method Shift F10 then cursor down to view attachments) I get an error and they won't open. This did not happen with AVG 7.5 Free. I know it is AVG because I can open them fine when I uninstall AVG. I have to save the attachments to the desktop or another location and then go there and open them. Anyone else experiencing this or know a setting I can check or uncheck to correct this annoying situation?
