Hi Josh, I personally use windows live messenger. However, I know a few people who use messenger plus. I would recommend either of these programs. An advantage with messenger plus is you can get sound ammoticons instead of images only. One disadvantage I know of is it won't read out personal messages, although I have found long personal messages can be annoying when arrowing through a list of contacts to check their status. another advantage with messenger plus is you can set it up so a different sound will play for each individual contact when they come online and go offline, and perhaps this may also work when their status changes, not sure on that last one though. and while we are on the subject, here is more on my problem. I am using windows live messenger 8. Someone tried to help me install messenger plus version 3, but it was not compatable with live messenger 8.
Is there a version of messenger plus that is compatible with live messenger 8 and if so, can someone provide me with a direct download link so I can get it please? from Andrew ----- Original Message ----- From: "JSmith" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Thursday, August 14, 2008 3:42 AM Subject: [JAWS-Users] Best messenger programs > Dear all, > I am searching for best messenger to use with Jaws.
