No. No way to turn it off. Use F6/shift-F6 to get off the tool bar when
you land on it.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] How do I get rid of the IE7 tool bar?

Hi:
I am using XP SP3 and IE7 and at times when using the tab key IE7's tool-bar
comes into focus and is difficult to get rid of. Is there a way of turning
it off?
Thanks,
George R. Marshall
