Allen,

The quickest way I know is to setup a temporary filter based on a common
character string. But the only way it will work is if you can isolate that
character string that is unique to only the messages you want to move.

For example: If the subject line on each of these messages all have "Happy
Dan and the magic fan" then you can setup a filter in the message rules and
apply it to that folder.

You can apply the message rule once, and then you can delete it, or leave in
place so that all subsequent emails with the same string in the subject line
will go to wherever it is you are wanting these messages to go.

1. Go to the Tools menu by pressing alt-T and scroll down to Message Rules.
Hit enter.

2. A submenu will pop up, hit enter on the option that says "Mail."

3. Tab to the option that says "New" and hit enter.

4. Scroll down till you hear the option that says "Where the subject line
contains specific words" and press the spacebar to check it.

5. Tab once and scroll till you hear "Move it to the specified folder", and
I believe this is usually the first option, so you may not need to scroll at
all. Press the spacebar to check it.

6. Now, it gets a little tricky. Route the Jaws cursor to the PC cursor
and you will need to find the text generated by the first rule you check
which will say "Where the subject line contain specific words." Left click
on the "specific". This will drop you into an edit field where you can
enter the unique character string you want to use as the criteria for moving
the message to the folder you want. Tab to Add, hit enter, tab to okay and
hit enter again. This should drop you off in the message rules definition
screen where you were before.

7. Rout the JAWS cursor to the PC cursor again and look for the text
generated by the second condition that you checked with said "Move it to the
specified folder." Left click on the word "specified." This will drop you
into a list of folders that you can scroll through to find the folder you
want your messages to. Hit enter and it will drop you back to the screen
where you tabbed to the option "New." Keep tabbing till you find "apply"
and hit enter.

8. This will drop you into a screen that will allow you to select which
folder you want to apply the filter to, the default is "In-Box." Just
follow the prompts, click "OK" and

Pouf! That should do it.

I may have missed of couple of points like naming the rule, but I think
you'll be able to figure it out. If not, let me know and I'm glad to help
either by email or phone.
