Hey Tom, here is what I did. 1 windows key E 2 I right arrow on hard drive C 3 arrow down to documents and settings 4 right arrow down to owner 5 arrow down to local settings 6 right arrow then down to temp 7 when I right arrow on temp my choices is 0759 cbb85cb47-b5a3572c and some more numbers I can't catch. I don't see any folder that says normal temp 8 I don't know what to do after this So confused Patti lol
