As long as its from Microsoft and no third party site. Go for it. it will take some time and will take even a long boot up time. That is where most make it fail. Thinking it stopped when it didn't and they reboot the system. now boot comes up but the update fails. So just let it do its thing and walk away for a while. check it so often and once done. you won't even know its in there.
