Very astute observation. Yes as a matter of fact everybody who subscribes is automatically placed on moderated status to protect the list from potentially unwanted emails. That is how I always setup any list, although it does cause some what more work over all it makes for a well ordered group of people and nobody ever needs to read the messages that shouldn't be posted. Trust me there are some rather colorful posts. Never the less welcome to the list.
