Hi mandy, Whether it is a JAWS10 issue or not, it is still a JAWS technical problem nonetheless. Selected text is not supposed to be repeated as normal behaviour with Screen Echo set to highlighted text. You shouldn't have to switch screen echo to None for a solution to this alone.

I don't think I will need to report it as a Jaws 10 problem now although having said that, when I tried one of the alternative voices which I quite liked, I did seem to have some trouble with selected text but I don't see how altering a voice would do that.
