hi Karen, Then you undoubtedly know about the Caroll Center. It has the best computer training program in the country, but you do have to pay to go there. If you need the skills for work, the Commission should send you there. I used to know the head of the Commission, and one of its best counselors, but, unfortunately, neither of them work there any more. But you should get them to send you there.
