I also get this program is not responding, ETC quite often when shutting down correctly. There is nothing open that I can focus on. Could it be possible that something is running in the background like AVG or a component of Windows that a won't respond correctly. It shuts down without me having to press the end button though. Seldom does it speak a label.,that so that I know which program is being the culprit. A few times it said Windows Parking, whatever that is, but lately it doesn't say anything and it happens almost every night when I shut down.
