[JAWS-Users] need help with a problem caused when I had hired a technician here who knows nothing about Jaws:

He went to install a virus program: avg and left me in a list 
box, now I cannot get to the start menu by pressing windows key.  
Computer is set to do virus run from 10-4 a.  m.  So I'm just 
stuck in this list box cannot get to the internet listed on start 
menu.  Have tried arrows, tabs enter anything.  Please tell me 
what to do to get back to my start menu again.  Karen thanks.
