She does need one on one help I think. But rather she can get it or afford to pay is the question. Otherwise, she needs to just focus on one thing at a time. I have read post on this list of things these guys do and lordy it just seems like something I wouldn't ever do. So I think the key for Karen is to only follow steps for whatever problem she is needing help for and disregard all the other things or she will get into more areas that will be confusing to her. She should in my opinion, save all future emails in a folder withing her email client so she can read them over at her leisure..

You're right, Patricia.  I do alt tab first just to see what is running.
What's your opinion on the avg thing that has Karen hung up.  She is
focusing on too many things at once, as I see it. Sometimes people get into
secondary things before they have a general feel for the menus and screens
and get hobbled by too much going on.
Karen wants a live person to instruct her.  There must be other jaws users
on Cape Cod so how could she find someone who knows jaws?  Could she try
local school districts?  marilyn
