Hi did not try alt tab did not know about that. But got to the
start menu finally, but will not work. press i and nothing
happens for internet. Thing is probably running the virus
program now. Would that make a difference whether I can access
anything? Thought the virus thing ran in background so you could
work. but cannot get things to work. Am used to turning on
computer, press windows key, get start menu, then on to what I
want. Now at start menu then this message just came up avg and
now cannot do a thing. Karen

Karen, to get to the start menu, press the control key plus the
escape key
to bring up the start menu. That should do it. By the way, the
vast
majority of tech guys know nothing about Jaws and they like it
that way.
