Hang in there Karen,
as has already been said. We have all been in your situation before when
first starting out with Jaws and so have a good understanding of how
confusing and frustrating it can get. In fact, even after using Jaws for
several years, those moments still pop up "smile".
You will find the people on this list, only too willing to help out, so
don't hesitate to call out for help

P.S not sure if you know yet, but pressing Jaws key plus function key 10,
will bring up a list of the applications or windows you have open. Just
arrow up and down and press enter on what you want. This can be helpful, if
you find yourself lost.
