Allen,

Troubleshooting this condition might be easier if we knew what software you
are using when this problem occurs and what is it that you are attempting to
cut/copy and paste.

a little more info on this situation we are able to access the cut,copy, and
paste features only using the application key I am using a standard 102 key
keyboard I'm sorry about this additional post I just thought this additional
info would be helpful in diagnosing the problem
