a little more info on this situation we are able to access the cut,copy,
and
paste features only using the application key I am using a standard 102
key
keyboard I'm sorry about this additional post I just thought this

info would be helpful in diagnosing the problem

hi I have a problem the control keys when we try to cut /copy and paste
using my keyboard it says it is unavailable does anyone know why this is
happening also we change it to list view and it automatically reverts
back
too tiles how can I set this and make it a permanent change I am using xp
pro with jaws 9.o
any suggestions will be appreciated as this is rather annoying
