Yesterday, I had a complete jaws nightmare. I thought to myself "I'm running out of disk space, I know what I'll do, I'll uninstall jaws 8 since I don't need it anymore". I told the uninstall process not to remove shared components, but, just to irritate me, it did anyway. It also took it upon itself to remove all my display drivers. Having managed to het my display drivers back, and reactivated jaws. Jaws 10 works perfectly, but when I try to run jaws 9 it tells me: One or more shared components are not installed, please reinstall to solve this problem. When I try to reinstall, I have the same problem, it tells me to hit enter to start the installation, goes through the clicking process while it installs the talking installer or whatever it does and still comes up wit the same message. I can't uninstall jaws 9 due to the same problem. Somebody please help me before I go nuts! Cheers Alex
