I had a thought. This is for advanced users only. 1. Open regedit.exe. This is the Registry Editor. 2. Locate the key HKEY_Classes_Root\Installer\Products. 3. Do a find for JAWS. This is done with control+f. I don't think case matters here. 4. Delete any entries that relate to it, but only for the above key. You can check this using the standard status bar command, insert num pad 3 or caps lock shift n. 5. Exit Registry Editor. The above affectively tells Windows that you've never installed JAWS before.
