0f is a hexadecimal value, perhaps your computer is displaying this as
the best interpretation of corrupt data. Run a check disk on your
external drive and see if the file system is still intact.

I'm glad to know I can rename the drive. How would it have changed
when I didn't make that change? Just curious.
Thanks for the help.

You can go to My Computer and right click on any of the items in
there and choose the option to rename them. I hope this helps.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] drive question
I have decided that I have a ghost in my computer unless somebody
tells me different. I just went into my computer to locate an
external drive. I normally could press the letter l, which would
carry me to the local c drive. I could then press the letter l
again and it would take me to local f, which was my external hard
drive. Now I press the letter l twice and only get local c. My f
drive is now titled 0f. I did not do this myself. Now, do I have a
ghost or what happened? Heh heh heh! I have windows xp home and
jaws 7.0. Hope somebody has some ideas.
Thanks!
Smile! GOD loves you!
