Hi: I am trying to help a JAWS 9 user open a PDF document from a link. PDF version 9. The message is that the document is being processed, but it doesn't open. At first I thought it might be an Adobe problem, but when she hits insertF7 on any webpage no links list comes up either.
1. Should I have her do a repare on JAWS? 2. Should I have her go back to Adobe version 8, and if so where might I find the link? I don't know if the two things are related or not, she just really needs the PDF documents to open! Any help on either or both of these problems would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Deb.
