Hi
Well I must admit it has become noticeably worse in these later versions,
its no real big deal but it would be nice to land back on focus on the
desktop when closing other programs.
I will try running jaws in the task list, but the only problem is that when
alt tabbing between programs it will always be there.
Regards
Graham

probably not, there's has been a focus issue with jaws since version 8 i
believe. i have to even alt plus tab to another program or press windows
key plus m for the desktop when clicking on a finish button on one of my
programs in order to have focus back on the program to continue using it.

Sounds like you have jaws in your task list instead of your system tray
to me. Try it the other way around and see if it works better for you.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] No Window is Active
HI
Just wondering if there was a way round having no window is active.
Nearly always when I close a program Jaws does not return and focus on
the desktop I have to press windows M to focus it there.
Is there a way of making sure Jaws always focus back on the desktop when
closing programs?
I am also getting problems with Winamp and jaws 10, things like winamp
taking forever to load and being stuck in a context menu and not being
able to get out of it, sorry cannot be more specific at the moment not
sure what is happening. Just wondered if anyone else was experiencing
weird things in Winamp.
Using XP, latest Jaws 10 update and winamp 35
