Hi, Listers. All of a sudden, my e mail messages say "collapsed" so I have to right arrow to expanded to read them without getting a message that all messages in the collapsed thing will be deleted. How can I eliminate this? I didn't change anything but this just started on its own and not on all messages. This is outlook express. marilyn
