Hi All, Today when I tried to close a new document in Word 2002 I got this message. Microsoft Word This file is in use by another application or user. (C:\Documents and Settings\...\Normal.dot) OK
I got this message once with something in the document and once with an empty document. Both times it was with document 1. I was cleaning up an email that I had copied to Word and that email was closed. So, this is why I am not quite understanding what is meant by Jaws telling me this application is in use by another application or user. I don't recall ever getting this type of message. I am running XP/Office Home 2002, Jaws 10, Outlook Express 6 and also running up a large bill with DoctorPhil. All advice and information will be greatly appreciated. Thanks much.
