Hi yes you can change the hot key to launch JAWS. Just tab to the hot key
field and change it at your will. Once you've done that though, do not shift
tab, but rather just press enter to accept the default button. In terms of
the comment field, you could put in what JAWS is. That way, Windows will
display your comment as a tooltip when the mouse hovers over the shortcut.
