Hello,
I sent a reply from another computer, but I don't think it was posted to the
list. There is an add-in for Office 2007 to save Office documents or other
types of files to PDF or XPS format. I put the file on SendSpace where it
will be for a couple days.
Hopefully there will be no problem for anyone with installing it, as it
normally requires validation.
When installed, simply use the "save as" split button in the Office menu to
find the choice of saving to either PDF or XPS.

I thought there used to be an option to save as PDF in MS Word 2003
but
I don't see it in 2007. Perhaps one could down load it as an add on from
Micro Soft?
