Rick, I've tried that, but when I route jaws to pc no matter how I move the
jaws cursor it just says blank blank blank.

Hi Alex,
If virtualizing the window isn't working for you, try this:
Once you have the audio device you want selected, try routing Jaws to PC, 
and reading the string character-by-character, and type it that way in the 
.ini file.
If you want, I can send you a copy of my file off-list, so you can see how 
it is setup.
