Yes, That works for me also. It's only a little inconvenience but I'd like
it to start by talking through the speakers.

I don't know the fancy way to stop this.  I have a USB head set with Jaws 
speaking through it because I like it that way.  I find if you close out 
jaws with alt f 4, and restart jaws.  Jaws will speak through the speakers.
