It does seem to read messages just fine for the most part. Honestly I don't
use it as much because of the close out issue. If that ever gets resolved
then I'll probably use it much more.

I continue to use Outlook 2000 as well. In addition to your issue of
closing out, when I open a message and then select read all with JAWS
often
it starts reading the message and then starts over again. How about with
you?

I'm curious as to which version of outlook works the best with jaws 9 or
10.
It seems to do OK with outlook 2000 but I often enough still have issues
with outlook closing out properly which is not a jaws problem.
