I am using jaws nine, a windows XP operating system and internet explorer 7. I
used to be able to press the #2 on the number row to find my spot on a page
where there was relevant text at heading level two. Now, though I have to use
the #1 to go through a bunch of heading level ones before it'll even
acknowledge that the heading level two is even there on the page. This just
started happening after I got back home from thanksgiving vacation. The
computer was off the whole time I was gone and nobody else was around so no
settings were voluntarily changed. I just don't understand why I have this
problem. I've noticed its a universal issue on every webpage I visit so its not
just a matter of someone changing their website ore something.
Anyone know if there are settings I can check in order to fix this problem?
Thanks,
Kate
