I kind of doubt that SuperAntiSpyware is the program blocking your pop up.
However, I am not using the paid version and I am not sure if it has a
toolbar that installs in a browser or not. the free version doesn't have
one. You can work with your quarantined items in Super AntiSpyware, but I
suggest you try a few other things as well.
When in Internet Explorer go under the view menu and then navigate into the
toolbars submenu. Check to see if any toolbars might be active that could
be blocking the popup you want. If the toolbar choice is checked then it is
active and pressing enter will deactivate the toolbar. If you have the
Google or Yahoo toolbars you might want to deactivate them.
Another area to look in is in the browser add-ons. Go into the tools menu
and down arrow to the "manage add-ons" choice. In the submenu is a choice
for enabling or disabling add-ons. I am using IE 8 so it might be a little
different in IE7 or other versions of the browser. When you go into the
"manage add-ons" dialog box you can pick from a list of which add-ons the
browser shows. Check the list for the currently active add-ons to see if
one is running that you don't want to be using. If so, move the focus to
the item and use tab key to find buttons for enabling and disabling the
add-on. You can also check in the list of items that run without needing
permission. You want to be careful in this area as you don't want to
disable the wrong add-ons.
If you are sure that it is Super AntiSpyware that caused the problem then
you can open the program and use tab key to move to the choice for managing
quarantined items. The dialog box that comes up will have a tree structure
that can be expanded by using right arrow and collapsed by using left arrow.
Expand the date and then use down arrow to the various categories that you
can further expand to find the file that you want to allow to run on your
system. Once you find the file then use tab to move to the restore button
and follow the dialog from there.

Hello:
I installed superanti spyware and am having much trouble. First, I am
trying to use a program that uses pop ups and it worked fine prior to
installing superanti spyware. This is for a course I must take online.
It is on a secure website. I went to tools and unblocked pop ups and
tried using space bar and enter to access the links. However, now I am
unable to access them. I have tried uninstalling superanti spyware but
can not locate an uninstall option. Can some please let me know how to
get it to allow the pop ups or how to uninstall. This is urgent as I have
to take these courses immediately.
