Hiya
Assuming you use outlook express here's how.
go in to options, that in the tools menu.
go to the signatures tab, if you use jaws the easiest way is to use ctrl
tab until jaws says signatures tab.
once you are in there, there are a lot of items there, but you are looking
for the edit field where you can type in what you want as your signature.
tab about then you'll get the feel of what is available.
then you tab over to name your signature, the default is signature number 1
for example.
then you have a choice of attaching the signature to all messages or just
new messages. I have mine set to all messages.
then, you just hit enter. You could send yourself an email to see how it
looks.
it's that simple. you can add pictures etc too, even music I believe music,
but then your mail has to be sent as HTML not plain text.

it gives me a list of items to be repaired. However, it seems

do a repair unless we purchase the pro version. Is this

actually looking at it now, I'm non the wiser how it works.
I see the buttons, stop, scan, repair etc but jaws doesn't read
anything else. for example, I'm supposed to get a list of items
that
need check marks but I haven't as yet found that list.
occasionally I
locate a tab, but cant do nothing with it.
I have clicked the scan button but the pc doesn't appear to do
anything, same with the repair.
anyone got a clue as to why this program is so unfriendly?
