Hi Kimber,
I normally compress the files to either xzip or rar before attaching it
otherwise, If I send it as is, my email client will not send my email or
will send the email without the attachment.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] having trouble sending attachments.
Hi guys. Now I can't send attachments at all. I go through the process,
but when I look in the outbox or the sent items, it's nowhere to be seen,
and I don't get any indication that it has been sent, in fact though, I
look in the sent folder and it's not there either. What could be happening
please?
Kimber.
