Will JAWS 10 simply not work @ all with XP 64 bit or only in demo mode? Al

You can remain in XP till the next Windows OS and get that one in 64 Bit. Most all computers that have shipped with XP were 32 bit versions and people will not really be changing to XP 64 Bit.
