Yes that's what has been happening even after uninstalling Jaws 10 completely then reinstalling it.

I have a minor more annoying problem then anything with Jaws 10.0 startup wizard that comes up every time boot up my computer plus Jaws speaks real slow like at the default settings when first installed Jaws which happen at the log on screen in windows xp pro.
